    In 2022, the exhibition forum Foods and Beverages for the Tourism & XOCT Industry launches a new edition - MODERN CITY, aimed at the needs of urban business hotels with a specific tourist profile. The publication will focus on presenting high quality, modern, innovative products and services in the field of tourist catering and the XOCT Industry.

    Companies whose HORECA proposals meet the standards of a modern city hotel and the expectations of providing a tourist product comparable to the best world examples in the industry will be invited to participate in the forum: healthy and specific food lines, current nutrition trends, attractive local products, new technological solutions in terms of work organization, logistics and maintenance of hygiene in HORECA sites, etc.

    Zone NEW PRODUCTS will be created for the first time during the summer editions of Foods and Beverages for the Tourism & HOST industry, in Golden Sands and in Sunny Beach. Up to 15 new HORECA products will be presented in a special designated space, with which every visitor of the forum will be acquainted as a priority. Each of the products in the area will have an individual visual presentation (branded stand), giving basic information and pointing to the stand of the manufacturer/supplier.

    Each exhibiting company can apply with up to 3 products for presence in the NEW PRODUCTS Zone, which must meet the following requirements:

    Product created or adapted specifically for the HORECA sector.

    Newly created product - introduced on the market within 12 months from the date of the forum.

    Apply for participation in the zone by marking the service in the application-contract!

    Since its inception, striving to be the best platform for business contacts on the eve of the tourist seasons, the event is growing and developing, adding new activities in order to meet the requirements of exhibitors and visitors.
